Usage
of the products
Copper bus bar for electrical purposes is a kind of conducting product
for big current. It is suitable for high/low voltage electrical appliances,
switch plug, power distribution equipment bus bar trough and other electrical
engineer. It is also widely used in the electrolysis smelting engineering
such as metal smelt, electrochemical electroplate, chemical caustic
soda. Our TMY copper belt is strictly according to the requirements
of GB 5585-85 and extends the specifications according to the market
requirements with over 1,000 specifications from 3X25 to 40X400. The
copper belt we produced has the advantage of low resistivity and high
bendability. We also have special equipment to provide customers of
hole milling, bending, tin coating and other further processing service.
Our products are widely used in the chemical, caustic soda, metal electrolysis
enterprises and state key technical modification projects, such as Tianjin
Dagu Chemicals, Liaonin Jinhua Chloric Alkali.

The highest weight of our one single copper bus bar can reach 300kg.
2. The size tolerance of bus bar is 5mm and it can be controlled with
±1mm according to special requirements.The cutting section can maintain
90 degree vertical .

4.Bending
No crack should occur on the surface when side B of the bus bar is bent
90 degrees. The diameter of the bending cylinder should be selected according
to side A and meets the specification in the following chart:

Remarks: Partial
heating can be adopted for bending bus bar thicker than 15mm, and TMR copper

8.Our plant can also
produce copper bus bar of non-standard specification according customer's
requirements. But the customer should note the following 2 points:
(a) customer bears the investment on die.
(b) Our plant manufactures the die and process the final copper bus bar.
/ If cold-rolling shaping belt is adopted for the special specification,
the using effects shall not be affected.
